Thread Roll Dies

 

West Coast Aerospace Precision Thread Roll Dies offer repeatable quality. Dies go from edge to edge without long set-up times. Our patented run-out provides close tolerance 1.5 pitch lengths run-out that other dies have trouble achieving.

 

WCA8P Aluminum Coating

 

West Coast Aerospace has developed a new, advanced aluminum pigmented coating for high interference fit titanium and cres material fasteners. This coating meets all aerospace corrosion and electrical conductivity test requirements. WCA8P aluminum coatings are available in an assortment of colors to provide easy identification on assembly floor, and after the fasteners are installed.
