Kirkhill-TA’s calendered rubber capabilities include:

  • All polymer and elastomer materials including; Neoprene®, butyl, EPDM, epichlorohydrin®, fluoroelastomers, fluorosilicone, Hypalon®, natural rubber, Nitrile®, silicone, polybutadiene, polynorbornene, SBR, Viton® and custom blends.
  • Thickness from .015 inch to .250 inch
  • Smooth, fabric, or custom finishes
  • Cloth inserted up to 54 inch commercial (Brea).
  • Multi-colored products
  • Laminated two-polymer elastomers
  • Calendered sponge
  • Anti-static materials with non-conductive characteristics
