Douglas Woollings

CEO

Douglas Woollings is the Chief Executive Officer of Interfast Inc., a role he has served since 1966 upon forming the company. From modest beginnings in 1966 when he started the company with three people, Doug has succeeded in growing Interfast to the number one market position in Canada and as a top 10 aerospace fastener distribution firm globally, with customers in Asia Pacific, Europe, North and South America.

Recognizing a company’s strength is based on its people, Doug has built a strong management team. Although Interfast is a private company, Doug has chosen to have an active board of directors (with directors from outside of the company bringing specific industry knowledge). He believes it is an invaluable aid for senior management.

Doug has served on several boards including his past role as a Director of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada. He has served on the Technical Standards Committee for Fasteners and has acted as a Technical Advisor to the fastener industry over the past several years.

Doug has been involved in the aerospace and industrial fastener industries since 1959, starting his career in parts management in the automotive industry. He later served as a National Sales Manager at a British fastener company prior to establishing Interfast.

Doug is an avid pilot of 49 years, maintaining a high level of pilot proficiency with several aircraft types. He also enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Peter Oleck

President

Peter Oleck is the President of Interfast and a member of the company's Board of Directors. With more than 20 years of aerospace fastener industry experience, Peter has significantly grown the U.S. operations since he joined Interfast in 2005. Previously, Peter was the CFO and Senior Vice-President at one of the top five aerospace fastener distributors, where his duties included the supervision of the purchasing and accounting departments and the management of its relationships with vendors. Prior to working in the fastener industry, Peter was a corporate loan officer for AmeriFirst Bank.

Tom Worden

Independant Consultant and Board Advisor

Prior to joining Interfast, Tom Worden spent a distinguished 26-year career at KPMG. As a chartered accountant, he filled a number of roles with the company over the years, including serving as a partner in KPMG’s Assurance practice.

Tom is a Board Member of Grandview Children’s Centre and currently is on the Board of the Oshawa Hospital Foundation. He previously had served as Vice-Chair of the Oshawa General Hospital Board of Governors (now Lakeridge Health Oshawa). Tom also is a member and Past Ontario Provincial Chair of Ducks Unlimited Canada.

Conrad Lennert

VP, Sales and Marketing
Interfast Inc.

Conrad Lennert is VP, Sales and Marketing at Interfast, responsible for global sales and marketing and he oversees sales representatives in Canada and the United States. Conrad has been with Interfast for more than 25 years, starting out in technical sales. Early in his career at Interfast, he demonstrated significant success in growing new territories, leading to successive promotions within the company.

With his unique blend of engineering depth and strong sales skills, Conrad has played an instrumental role in growing Interfast’s business and in building the company’s engineering support capabilities.  Interfast staff can assist design teams with comparisons of engineering techniques, applications and technologies as the basis for alternative fastener-based solutions, with emphasis on safety, quality assurance and quality control.

Prior to Interfast, Conrad was a tool designer at Illinois Tool Works and also an engineering manager in tool design at TFI Fasteners.
