The Bulk Hose program offers our customers complete flexibility in application. Hose, fittings, and crimping tools are provided that allow for the end user to cut to length, select a fitting, attach the fitting, and install their customized assembly.
Straight Ribbon Heaters incorporate the durability and reliability associated with AdelWiggins’ standard ribbon heaters in a flat design. Boeing has utilized standard AdelWiggins ribbon heaters on all wide-bodies since 1994 with outstanding success. Straight ribbon heaters offer a versatile and reliable alternative to existing heater tape. Straight heater ribbon can be used in a variety of applications including wrapping water and drain lines, or any application requiring freeze protection. HRS heater design includes high-tech fabric and heater elements to meet the robust service requirements of the installation and in operation. Extensive testing in conjunction with Boeing demonstrated the resistance to abrasion and flexure in service. They come in various lengths from 1 to 60 feet and watt densities from 3 to 10 watts per foot. HRS is available in uncontrolled or thermostatic versions. AdelWiggins Chosen to Replace Heater Tape for 747 and 767 Water and Drain Lines (Boeing Service Bulletin 747-30A2080 and 767-30A0038) Boeing has chosen AdelWiggins to replace all heater tape on in-service 747’s and 767’s. The change will affect heater tape on water and drain lines in cargo compartments with non-fully enclosed floors.

Preformed to the exact diameter of aircraft hoses and lines, Adel Wiggins'' Ribbon Heaters provide an ease of installation unsurpassed in the industry. Cumbersome wrapping of heater tape is replaced with one-handed "snap on" installation. Heater Ribbons are available in varied lengths and with or without thermostatic control.

The HB series Heater Blanket provide freeze protection for aircraft waste duct systems. The units are custom made for each application ensuring optimum efficiency and superior product performance.

AdelWiggins offers this unique polymer panel heating solution. The assemblies are 30% lighter than the standard silicone panel and of much higher strength; being able to withstand 20,000 ft-lbs of pressure without damaging the heating element.

The HG series of Gasket Heater provide protection against the potential build-up of ice on or in the valve portion of the Flush/Fill Potable Water and Waste Dump Lever Lock Assemblies.

The B-Nut Heaters provide protection against the potential build-up of ice on any exposed fittings, valves and other castings/forgings. Past experience has demonstrated the needs for such a heater for use on metallic interface hardware for drain lines and potable water supply lines and valves.

The series of Manifold Heaters provide freeze protection for the potential build-up of ice on any interface fitting susceptible to freezing. Experience over the past decade indicate that freezing occurs on those interface fittings associated with water, waste, and hydraulic piping and flexible hoses.
The series of Valve Heaters provide freeze protection for the potential build-up of ice on any valve susceptible to freezing. Experience over the past decade indicate that freezing occurs on those valves associated with water and waste systems.

The Heated Nipple Assembly provides protection for the potential of ice build-up in any residual water accumulating in the potable water fill nipple.
The Immersible Heaters provide freeze protection within small water tanks in the potable water system. The heaters are directly inserted into the tank to ensure efficient operation and ultimate temperature control.

AdelWiggins' aerodynamically engineered Heated Drain Mast provides consistent evacuation of waste water while in-flight. The assembly is constructed with heated tubes to protect from the build-up of gray ice from the moisture being dispersed.
